Paying organizations
Several organizations can help you financially to acquire hearing aids.
A hearing test performed by an audiologist is required to determine your eligibility for certain organizations.
RAMQ
(Régie d'Assurance Maladie du Québec): The hearing aid program covers the costs of hearing aids if you are eligible. It includes the purchase, repair and replacement.

CNESST
(Commission des normes de l'équité de la santé et de la sécurité du travail:
The CNESST covers the costs related to the benefit of hearing aids to workers with deafness due to work. You can meet with an audiologist in our clinic who will let you know if you can open a file. We will help you in the CNESST acceptance process.
ACC
Veterans can benefit from hearing aids reimbursed by Veterans Affairs Canada.
Private Insurance
Depending on your private insurance plan, you may be eligible for financial help with the purchase of hearing aids.
TaXE cREDIT
You may be entitled to this refundable tax credit for expenses you incurred to continue living independently if you meet both of the following conditions:

You were resident in Québec on December 31, 2021.

You were 70 or older on December 31, 2021.
This tax credit is equal to 20% of the total of the following expenses:

expenses incurred for the purchase, lease or installation of eligible equipment or fixtures (the first $250 of such expenses is not eligible for the tax credit)
